Yep. So much look over here and not there. The media controls to much. We will never know the truth just like all other mass shootings. I know there was ALOT OF PEOPLE there videoing this. Maybe some REAL timeline and truth will come out. But as of now something ain’t stirring the koolaide..
You want to REALLY protect your kids? Attacking NRA members isn’t going solve your problem. You can protect your kids by keeping them away from the places where they are being murdered. PUBLIC SCHOOLS. This isn’t you father’s America anymore. The public schools have become kill zones for other lunatic students.
I am guessing that’s wrong and he had a license. But did he wait for the 3 day period or have a concealed. I doubt he had a concealed. Where did he get the money. He lived with grandma. Parents have a rap sheet.
Too true. Add in "cowardice" and we've got the Uvalde police failure nailed. Every Uvalde police officer needs to be fired to encourage police in the rest of the country to do their damned jobs.
Whether you are right, or wrong about this, unless you have an official memo that is irrefutable, or a video of people coordinating the event, you are going to come off sounding like a crazy to the average, un-engaged citizen. Even if you do have proof, it'll be iffy. To a "reasonable" person that just wants to live their comfortable debt ridden life, the idea that their own government would kill children in order to advance an agenda is alien and unthinkable. That is a fact that the powers that be use to their advantage. They do things so outrageous that once the citizens wrap their heads around them all that can be done, short of violence, is accept the false apology from some government mouthpiece and move on to await the next outrage.
My thoughts exactly.
Orchestrating a Mass Shooting Event
I hope it's not my ego, but I like to think that my little article makes a tiny little adjustment in the Overton Window.
At 18 he wouldn’t have a CCL.
Thanks for your link.
Very good analysis of the event.
I’m amazed at the normalcy bias around this place as if folks cannot even fathom black swan possibilities based on the political situation we have in this nation as we’re led to the graveyard.
The media doesn’t control as much as it used to thanks to the internet and sites like Free Republic.
Still, the low information voters are enough to keep them in business.
I find that odd, as well.
Sure, they do it all the time. But they have the media to gin up these events through open publicity and encouragement by making the perps into celebrities.
They do not need to have discoverable evidence.
Incompetence is just as good, promoted by stupid assumptions about the nature of reality.
They have been promoting the crash of the United States for decades.
“This was a setup to influence the fall election.”
Can’t buy that. Killing a bunch of kids is not worth the risk of getting found out.
There is an old saying that states, "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
I think it can be amended with, "or cowardice."
I have never been one to dismiss conspiracy theories out of hand, and certainly there are powerful people who thrive in the shadows. In his case, however, I think we see the simple, and what should be the fully expected result of placing non-qualified people in positions of authority. Many, particularly those on the right, buy into this mythos of the vaunted, courageous, "Texas lawman." Many to such a point that they would rather reconcile the reality of video of cops milling about the school confronting parents instead of the criminal by attributing it to dark malevolent forces than to simple cowardice, incompetence and indecisiveness.
As C.S. Lewis wrote decades ago, “We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.”
I'd slightly disagree: I'd say that, with occasional exceptions, this place is actually much more open to the possibilities of government orchestration of events.
I get the occasional 'tin foil hat' comment, but for the most part, I'm seeing people opening their eyes for the first time.
“This was a setup to influence the fall election.”
Can’t buy that. Killing a bunch of kids is not worth the risk of getting found out.

I am no longer sure. To disarm the country in preparation for the plans they have for us and our stuff? They power they gain?
Seems reasonable to them
Besides even if they were caught, no one would do anything.
No, really, asking sincerely.
WHo would expose it, a "whistleblower?"
An intrepid journalist?
How would that play out?
People who understand the First Amendment don’t try to shut people down. We have plenty of lurking democrats for that.
Rather, consider engaging to ask for plausible evidence.
Have a nice day.
Well, Napoleon hadn’t seen the democrat party.
Besides, since this situation goes well beyond basic incompetence, then it should be ascribed to malice.
There have been way too many mass casualty events in this country which got totally screwed up and buried. No investigations were done, no answers available. Just butt covering by the powers that be.
If you think that the left is above being willing to sacrifice the lives of their opponents to solidify their power grab, you are living dangerously in a dream world.
The same people who ran Watergate. The same people who allowed the man who said, "First we f*** Flynn, and then we f*** Trump" to remain in a position of responsibility.
If we do not get a new government, we are not going to get rid of these people.
