"belonging to the group" This is what the left tries to suppress our voice. My gf's brother-in-law is a big democrat. His wife (her sister) tried to get her to pull down a photo of us at a trump rally in Wisconsin recently. My GF didn't take it down! She refused and said she is just exercising her freedom and she won't be shamed for it! But this is what the left does to many. The right is afraid to say anything which allows the left go keep those that just follow the crowd on their side.

Which begs the question, how hard would it be to slap Trump and Biden’s name on the 2022 midterm ballot?

It's possible, if Donald Trump and Hunter Biden decide to run for congress but even that deadline might have passed.

A U.S. Supreme Court precedent does not supersede the U.S. Constitution.

A presidential election is the only one whose requirements are written into the constitution and therefore not governed by federal statute or court ruling.

Americans have never had a democracy form of government. We are a Constitutional Republic. Coming out of the constitutional convention, Benjamin Franklin was questioned what kind of government we had. His reply was along the line “a republic if you can keep it”.

Democracy is mob rule, the loudest voice. Think Antifa. Think Obama/Biden, etc.

ONLY way—House and senate go GOP 00Then Trump is made Speaker of House—Then they impeach Biden and Harris (and others—They are tossed out and Trump takes power selecting a VP of his choice (Rand Paul, Trey Goudy, Gov. DeSantis) That is the only way I can see that would be legal. What else? Have states break away like 1860 for a CSA and name Trump President? Not really legal but—possible. The Democrats do not have a Lincoln to save the Union.

Thank you for your definitio of “Republic.”

There is no federal legal path to do a rerun of the 2020 election. But each and every state can opt to do a re-run of its part of the November 2020 election and send a new set of electors to a special session of Congress. All of the red states could do this but Democrat states would not.But it sure would be interesting.

I couldn’t disagree more. The states where election fraud occurred, sufficient to overturn a given state’s election results need to be decertified by the state immediately.

AZ should decertify
WI should decertify
GA should decertify

MI and PA should decertify as well, but that is nearly impossible at this point.

Biden would then be below 270 electors and it would move, constitutionally, to a contingent election by state delegation.

That is complete nonsense. There’s no constitutional provision for a state to “decertify” its electoral vote after a president has already been inaugurated. And the 20th Amendment requires the President to be inaugurated on January 20th after the date of the electoral college vote in a presidential election.

Those states you mentioned can “decertify” electoral votes all they want. Nobody can compel any other state to hold a new presidential election.

Calling for a new presidential election today is like ordering the NFL to replay a playoff game from 1979 over a blown call.
