It will be interesting to see the direction that construction takes when Ukraine rebuilds, what will be hardened and how it will be situated, bomb shelters in new housing etc.
I agree...also, this is not just an issue for Ukraine. It should be an issue for all European countries.
Electric infrastructure needs to be hardened, especially substations.
