But the absolute evil it would take to do what he did while having an intellect to be admitted as a PhD student is very disturbing. PhD doesn't necessarily mean smart. It just means they can pile it higher and deeper.

yes, that’s why it wasn’t useful in this case.

What they can’t do is tell if you approached within feet the box or just drove by.
First, yes they can, even with 4G in an urban environment. With 5G they can do a whole lot more than that.

They bought a huge mass of cell tower metadata, then sorted for patterns, and repeats of those patterns.

Kohberger’s smart phone was using 5-G technology which is able to pinpoint his location.

Kohberger left the knife sheith next to one of the girl’s body on the bed. It had Kohberger’s DNA on the snap button.
The police were stopping his car for minor traffic infractions on purpose. They wanted to observe more evidence from his behavior. Maybe they wanted a sample of his DNA from the car door handle. Obviously, they were on to him when they stopped him.

He got stopped two or three times BEFORE the murders, then he got stopped again driving cross country. Maybe for a positive ID?

I suspect he was stopped before the murders for a missing front license plate mentioned in the affidavit. PA doesn’t require them, but ID and WA do. At least one of the stops was late at night and that would give the cops a reason to also do a DUI check..

OK. So my question is how exactly did they determine those suspect mules were dropping off all those bogus ballots? Did they actually try and contact the owners of the phones that they believed were involved? How did they know that those phones they tracked didn’t belong to people who just went by those locations, or maybe worked a 2nd or 3rd shift job that took them by there on their way to work.
To: oldguy1776
Assuming they did the study at all, they described methodology which answers those questions.
