What about the case where three teens rob a store and one shoots the store owner?
Three teens break into a house to steal, find a woman home, and one rapes and kills her?
No one cares about the poor dead carjacker but his mother.
It all makes sense once you realize that a main goal of the DemocRAT party is getting/keeping Blacks out of jail.
So in her view, the issue here, is young men being charged with serious criminal charges, and NOT the fact that these young men are committing the crime in the first place.
Am I understanding this correctly?
Because murdering someone isn’t really a “CRIME” crime.

Those are just regular murder charges, not felony murder.

It’s not about caring about the carjacker. It’s about prosecuting people who contributed to a homicide.
You aren’t kidding. I didn’t read all the other comments, but it looks like a lot of people are confused by this story because they don’t know the difference.
Apparently, Charlotte Cruchfield believes in nature over nurture. This could lead to some interesting discussions.
It’s stupidity like this that will spark a bloodbath of increasingly violent crimes the “youth” they want to protect.
Law of unintended consequences will dish some ugly if this passes.

Democrat lawmakers in Maryland continue to give aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States. The same goes for the low-life voters who elected them. May their children spit on their graves.
