Being long winded gains you no points. Desantis can’t fix anything when he refuses to acknowledge a serious problem.
When he was stuck to Florida he was actually likable. But his true colors came out every time he opened his mouth in the presidential run. I am convinced now that his actions as Florida’s governor are part of a long con. In reality he is deep state.
"I will agree to vote for the Republican nominee in November"
and
"I refuse to support Trump at any point in the campaign"
To me those two statements seem counter to each other. Unless your second one referred to the primary only.
I understand that you feel Trump can not win a general election. I don't understand why you wouldn't support him if he is the nominee. Other than helping try to make your prediction about him losing come true, I just don't see how that would help the party.
Okay, let’s be clear, I will not support Trump post nomination any more than his statements suggests that he will support any other candidate post nomination.
The only thing left is how Trump or I actually vote.
How do you police that?
Reality is that based upon your own definition, you cannot call anyone a RINO without also calling Trump a RINO … unless, of course, you play be Democrat rules.
Here are some of the statements I have made in our conversation:
"Anyone who is not willing to voice unequivocal support for the GOP nominee, regardless of who wins the primary is a RINO. They are not Republicans and do not support the Republican Party."
"Trump supporters who are saying they will refuse to vote for anyone else if Trump loses are only helping Biden getting re-elected if they follow through with that."
"If he (Trump) were to lose the nomination and still refuse to support the winner, then I would call him a RINO."
As to your question, "how do you police that?", I don't. I have no ability or authority to do so.
How you vote is entirely up to you. I have no right to tell you how to vote.
My opinion is that I want the Republican nominee to win the general election. The simplest, least effort action I can take to help make that happen is to vote for them. Regardless of whether or not they were my choice in the primary, I shall do so.
From a practical point of view, I believe it is highly likely that Trump will win the primary. So while I do not think his statements about not supporting certain people if they were nominated over him are helpful or appropriate, I also do not think they will actually come into play. I suppose I could get upset about what someone would do in a situation that is unlikely to happen - but it seems kind of pointless to do so.
Very well. Then let’s agree that you will not label someone a RINO unless they slander the nominee after the primary. Until then, it is only about helping a candidate win, right?
In other words, I do not have to commit to supporting Trump and so I won’t.
That is what I have been saying all along.
If someone doesn’t support the nominee they are a RINO.

You’re explaining what you think the mandate is and/or how it came to be, not how it will enable him to do what you say. Why wouldn’t GOPe and the deep state just ignore this mandate?
Trump proclaimed that he will obliterate the deep state.
That is a mandate that his voters have given him.
He doesn’t get booed when he says this.
That’s his sign that his supporters want it done..
The GOPe and Deep State will be the ones getting obliterated.

At best, you’ve made a vague threat (”prison and dirt naps”), but you haven’t explained how or why the deep state/GOPe can’t simply ignore those type of threats.
Further, you haven’t even set forth how Trump as president would carry out the mandate.
If your just us remains, then your Deep State and GOPe will go on its merry way.
If Justice returns, then your Deep State and GOPe co conspirators will get done to them what has been done to Trump for any crimes they’ve committed.
Some of those crimes may come with the sentence of death.
Some with lengthy prison sentences.
Justice must return.

Those are slogans and/or desires. You still have not explained what the plan is or how Trump could/would carry it out.
His statement is one of myriad reasons why Trump is so incredibly popular ... as well as incredibly fearless.
I wouldn’t back Pence or Christie if they were running against Hillary. I would sit home.

Btw, I don’t have knowledge of any plan how to obliterate the Deep State.
I suspect it started with Trump being raided,indicted,arrested,etc.
Can’t really do that to others unless the precedent is set that now the likes of people named Obama,Biden,Clinton,Bush,etc can now get the same exact treatment Trump is getting..
That whole biblical do unto them as they have done unto you...
So you have no idea whether Trump has a plan, will have a plan or is even capable of developing a plan.
The best you can come up with is the vague hope that the very same deep state that raided Trump can and will, at Trump’s behest, now do the same thing to “their” own.
Which is exactly what Trump promised in 2016 with “lock her up” and we all know how far he got with that.
Oh, I firmly believe that there is a plan.
And that part of the plan was ‘catching them all’.
Or catching the swamp, as Trump declared it.
That plan probably wasn’t developed by Trump.
That would take military planning and precision.
And as for people like Hillary, Hillary can now be arrested and nobody can call Trump Hitler or Putin or a despot for arresting his political enemies now in the next term.

That wouldn’t have been my plan, but since Trump has just recently directed people to an interview that made a statement about the military being aware of things like the stolen election, any plan that includes Trump and the military isn’t one you and I are going to really get to know about until it’s done..
But it just might mean that Trump has been a vessel to do exactly what the nation needs:
A return to law and order and justice, and the plan wasn’t for just one 4 year term of Trump.
People would need to see how terrible the swamp and deep state (which was a conspiracy theory don’t ya know?)
, how unhitlerlike Trump was. To actually allow all the crap to happen that’s been going on since Trump announced, to do one very important step:
Catch them all

The plan for America is Divinely Providential written in the scriptures, btw, enemy lines..
America can stay exactly like it is and fall.
America can transform back into law and order and justice.

President Trump is vulnerable on the 2nd Amendment, COVID-19 cash giveaway, etc.
DeSantis is vulnerable on his changing positions regarding Ukraine, lack of national experience, etc.
