He wasn’t surrendering and there was no one there to surrender to, the guy was in his own frontline fighting camp, he wasn’t patrolling or somehow in the Ukraine lines or even in no man’s land.
A sniper can’t wound a guy in the enemy’s front line fighting positions and then go get him, even if the guy wanted to surrender, and trying to wave off a drone was just that, “leave me alone”, there is nothing here about surrenders and capturing people, it was a behind enemy lines bombing mission.
Gee, if the Uke’s keep treating Russian invaders/looters/rapists with so little courtesy, the Russians might feel unwelcome, and go home.

Seems like it was just three days ago that you were boasting, hold on, it was just three days ago that you were boasting Russia will prosecute the war until it has subjugated Ukraine, by whatever combination of conquest, installation of a captive government, and economic destruction needs to happen.(emphasis Kazan's) So, if your lie of 400,000 Uke combat fatalities was true, you would be delighted about the deaths, because they would make Russia's (projected, in your mind) enslavement of Ukraine, that much closer to reality.
