“The records do not prove, in any way, the content of the communications between Special Prosecutor Wade and District Attorney Willis; they do not prove that Special Prosecutor Wade was ever at any particular location or address; they do not prove that Special Prosecutor Wade and District Attorney Willis were ever in the same place during any of the times listed [in the exhibit],” Willis’ motion said.
In fact, the motion said on multiple dates and times cited in the defense analysis, Willis was not at home. She provided copies of calendar entries to support that contention - including entries she said show she was at the office or at murder crime scenes.
Willis’ motion argued the defense exhibit should not be accepted as evidence because, among other things, the defendants violated the court’s rules on the disclosure of expert testimony. She argued the evidence is “clearly inadmissible and has little evidentiary value” and “is simply another attempt to garner media attention.”
It will now be up to Fulton Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee to decide whether to admit Mittelstadt’s affidavit and the phone records into evidence.
If you go back and watch the testimony of these two it’s readily apparent the defense had this info at that time. Most definitely perjury traps were laid for both. I can’t wait for the next shoe to drop. Wait for the DA’s office or these two idiots to officially respond, then Boom, hit them with the next batch of incriminating evidence. Must watch TV! Pass the popcorn.
Wade’s competency has to be questioned just based on the fact he crawled in bed with a crazy woman. Don’t get involved with crazy.

If they were laying a perjury trap, and they had the phone and text message records at the time, then why did they not enter them as exhibits AT THAT TIME?
Makes no sense that they waited? Unless I missed something.
As I said, listen to the questioning. It is much too specific for them not to have known. Why didn’t they use this then? Grab some popcorn and watch, I think we will find out soon enough.
If I were a betting man, I would bet there is a good chance those calendar entries are backdated..

It appears to me that it’s a process and there are inevitable delays and timing issues.
The defense didn’t set the hearing date — the judge did. And there are arguably good reasons for the judge to hold the hearing ASAP rather than delay.
The defense had to request and be granted a subpoena for the phone records, and then the phone company had to deliver the data (did they drag their feet a bit?). Then their technical guy had to work his craft to do the geofencing — he explained in great detail what he did, and also that he was under time pressure.
So I’m thinking maybe the defense DIDN’T have their act together on the phone record evidence at the time of the hearing, although they knew that it was in progress. But now they do have it together and it appears they did it right.
Perjury on the witness stand in a court of law is a serious offense. Even if this judge lets it slide at this stage, it will come up again and again and I believe it’ll damn the prosecution. Also, with evidence of PERJURY in the quest to Get Trump, I don’t see how Kemp and the GA legislature can sit on their hands. And apparently the US House has taken notice of this extralegal attempt to bring down the next President of the US.
So I agree: pop some corn, sit back and enjoy the show!

After hearing Clay Travis yesterday describe Fani and Nathan as being “in heat”, your heat map was quite a disappoint, compared with my expectations.
The also have her phone records, but the filing mainly focused on Wade. It should be easy enough to figure out where she was..
The words “Fani Willis” and “heat map” should not be used in the same article.

I’m not a big Megan Kelly fan but she has been using a local Atlanta area attorney who has encountered both of these idiots over the years in court. If you have the time, his perception of what is going on is spot on in my opinion.
