Haley’s supporters are 90% Democrat voters.
Haley wants Trump to offer her some concession when she has no bargaining chips. The time to negotiate with Trump would have been prior to her Super Tuesday disaster. She was full steam ahead and showed no interest in bringing the party together prior to embarrassing herself yesterday.
Most of the Republicans who actually voted for her will vote for Trump in the general. The rest of her vote came from Democrats who have no intention of voting for ANY Republican in the general election. Bringing the country or the party together was the last thing on Haley’s mind. Trump doesn’t need her and has no need to reward her for her kamikaze campaign. She would only use any concessions from Trump to undermine him.
I’m starting to miss the FR Party pukes lectures about being a crazy conservative purist and how not voting for the GOP nominee no matter who they maybe was my obligation and how dare I question their beloved party aka exclusive clubs leadership and candidate of choice.
JEB Haley’s voters are Democrats or liberal Republican establishment, Trump isn’t going to get these votes so why waste the time and effort. All the GOP establishment cares about is tax policy and preputial war, with of course everyone but them and their families doing the fighting and dying.
Is she going to send her adult children to fight in eastern Ukraine? No.
Ninety percent of her voters will come over. No courting necessary.
