Put him in charge of eliminating various federal agencies.
That is an interesting idea
The ignoramuses are usually the loudest.
A friend of mine had a private conversation with Vivek last week. He asked about the VP ticket. Vivek said that he knew he was on the short list but also that he would not be chosen. He believes Trump will pick Tulsi Gabbard.
I might be able to be convinced of that. Let’s look at Lara Logan, Naomi Wolf, Jeff Van Drew etc.
In the past, Ronald Reagan, Strom Thurmond.
I think Trump was advised against selecting an “idol worshipping brown foreigner” for such a high post not knowing the fallout in his base. And Trump chose not to risk it regardless of how he personally thought of Vivek as his VP.
The chief consideration for VP should be as to A.) would he carry on trump’s legacy in 2028. B.) could he win in 2028?
Well that’s a relief. :-)
Yes...Commerce Secretary would be a good spot for him.
Yep. The further one goes away from Christianity, the greater risk they pose to our country as a leader.
And Vivek, for all his many talents and abilities, is not even a Christian.
And that’s a deal breaker.
>>”Chief of Staff would really be a good place as he [Vivek] could ensure the right people are in place and avoid the uniparty.”
That presumes that he would WANT to do that. That’s a questionable assumption in my mind. In my opinion, he’s a sneaky, unscrupulous climber. But that’s just me.
Indeed, and that's why we should pick wonderful devout Christians like Pence and Romney to lead us.
Your sarcasm has been duly noted. Pence actually serves as a hypocrite to true Christian values. And Romney is as far from being a Christian as is Biden or Obama.
National security is more important than insulting journalists as press secretary.
It was not directed at you :) Only at people who engage in identity politics. Identity politics is not just a thing of the left. It's alive and well on the right too although not as much.
You seem to be pretty close to Vivek and got all the inside dope on his plans for the future.
I know what you mean.
Dumbest move imaginable. The country is goi g to hell and your focus is exploding heads of the media?
It’s as transparent as day. All you have to do is look.
“National security is more important than insulting journalists as press secretary.”
Thank you. I. Did. Not. Know. That.
The days of a VP adding any strength to a ticket is long gone. Vivek would bring a great deal of youth and enthusiasm to the ticket, but I think Trump feels he might be overshadowed by him, so his ego may be getting in the way.
