The lower courts are acting like insufferable MSNBC staffers railing against their parent company SCOTUS.

Trump took credit for appointing over 200 Federal judges, but in truth these people were all selected by Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer (to insure Senate confirmation). Before reaching those two the nominees often were screened through local Citizens Panels in a supposedly “non-political” manner.

Trump lacked a workable DOJ (which normally screened judicial picks) due to Sessions’ recusal and then Rosenstein and Barr being very disloyal to Trump and Conservatives. Backstabbers ran Trump’s DOJ, Therefore, many of the 200 judge appointments were garden variety liberals.
