She proved in one stupid act, that she doesn't have the morality to even hold that position.
If she had pulled over, politely admitted to driving a little fast, and was respectful to the officer she may well have gotten off with just a warning.
She should resign - but she'll have to be forced out.

I worked in uniform in NY State's prison for 25 years. When I had to deal with inmates, I always told them, you get what you give. If you want to be treated like a human being, then behave like one. If you want to act like an a-hole, you'll be treated like an a-hole.
She chose to act like an a-hole, and deserves everything she gets.
Cop was way too nice. If that would’ve been a 19-year-old black kid he would’ve been in cuffs long before. Sometimes I actually see their point. Unbelievable how this woman refused to do anything he said, walked inside her house, everything. Refused to provide ID… That alone would get a regular person thrown into cuffs.
Women do not have the temperament to be judges or prosecutors. I will always believe that.
In all honesty, it’s very doubtful she’s an expert in the traffic code. She’s a politician at the top of the DAs office.
