Whew! Thanks...I needed that.
My pet peeve is the inane self important posts that seem to abound lately.
1. People that think because they have been here longer than someone else, means something.
LOL!!!
B@st@rds...
Eff U Newbie!!!
Oh, nevermind....
People who post articles that Drudge links to and put "Drudge" as the source of the article.
Le ZOTTE: My very IMPORTANT opinion on tonight's debate. VERY IMPORTANT BREAKING NEWS VANITY! MAYO

NO ONE ELSE THOUGHT OF THIS SO IT DESERVES A THREAD OF ITS OWN!
I think each and every poster on FR should post a new thread stating his opinion on the debate. This way, instead of having only a few threads with hundreds of posts each (ie, discussion threads), we will have hundreds of threads, each with two comments. One the important opinion, and two, the complaint about vanity posts.
I get to steal a precious few minutes on FR (still away)and what do I see in News/activism? YET ANOTHER DAMNED IDIOTIC VANITY POSTED TO NEWS!
It should be made a rule here...anyone,ANYONE posting one of these to News/activism gets a week in the corner, posting privileges removed for one whole week.Further violations resulting in two and then three weeks out of Fr,with the 4th violation a banning!
Bingo!
AND, people who can not take a joke and are insulted easily.
I'll think of more later...
I appreciate these people's enthusiasm-there are even some whom I consider to be pretty good freepers-but they take this issue to its most ludicrous extremities.
Boycotting freeper:
STOP WATCHING JOSE AND THE PUSSYCUTS! Don't you realize that Rosario Dawson is a big lib?!!! Huh?!
Hey, tough guy, you're raising with my chips! ;O)

The "Republicans can do no wrong" crowd. I really get annoyed by Kool Aid drinkers, even on our side. We need to be conservatives first and stand for principles, not be Republibots.
This is a vanity and you should labeled it VANITY and then you should have posted it in Chat or Bloggers.

Thanks for posting that link. I have only been aware of freerepublic.com for a few months now and have made a few mistakes when posting articles, therefore I have been someone's pet peeve a few times.
The one thing I have yet to figure out is how to automatically get any thread I start to open up in a new web browser window on the workstation of a freeper the second they access the Free Republic web site. That way I can guarantee that everyone sees everything that I post. ;)
