"The resident opened the door and the roommate told police he was not involved in the altercation, reports stated. While talking to the residents, the officer noticed an open can of beer on a computer desk in the room. The resident told police it was his computer desk, and the officer took both residents' identifications and began to do a records check in the hallway, reports stated.
The resident shut the door behind the officer and locked it, reports stated.
The resident later opened the door, and the officer noticed the can of beer was no longer on the desk, reports stated....
