What idiots take their dogs up on that mountain in the middle of a snowstorm?? Typical braindead public school teachers. Wonder if it pulled them off the mountain?

I'm sorry--I thought you had all the info I just pinged people I know that were looking for info. We got in trouble on another thread by going off topic worrying about the doggie.

"We got in trouble on another thread by going off topic worrying about the doggie." "we"? Interesting.
Correction. 'You' were asked to stay on the topic of the thread.

Gubele described the trio as "experienced rock climbers, but not necessarily experienced in mountain climbing." Get some experience in the summer before you tackle a high mountain in the winter, idiots.

If you have 3 people who's lives are living sideways in the public trough, why should they care what it costs to save their idiotic lives?

What idiots take their dogs up on that mountain in the middle of a snowstorm?? According to news reports, hundreds of dogs climb the mountain every year... a lot better able to endure it than people are and happy to go. :~)

Darned good thing they had that dog with them! She kept them warm.
Besides, she's a Lab, she's probably smarter than all three teachers put together.
They said on the radio she was a Lab-husky mix, but I don't see it. She's even side-winding like a field Lab.

Think of the joy you feel when you come home to your dog.
Imagine thinking you're going to freeze and starve to death and seeing a dog come to rescue you, even better than seeing a human, you know you've been saved and you get immediate love, warmth and happiness.

I can't see anything but a little fold on the left side - my choc's ears stand up that high when she's interested in something. Are there more pictures?

Yeah - we've seen TV footage here. Here ears stand straight up when she's alert... I'd have said shepherd mix but I'll buy husky. :~)
