You might also find it pleasing to note that nearly every single player with a Tour Card is similar in nature. These guys are individual achievers playing a sport where you call penalties on yourself that puts great emphasis on etiquette. You might also note that the PGA raises more money for charity than do the NBA, NFL, and MLB combined. Further, you can bet your bippy that most on the Tour ascribe to a Conservative Philosophy.
You’re probably right. My husband loves to watch golf (we actually met on the golf course—he was an assistant pro as a summer job during college and I worked for a company that insured the car they were giving away for a hole in one—I had to sit in the car and make sure if anyone really got a hole in one during the tournament).
I wish I could get interested in watching it but I just can’t. However I can appreciate a good athletes and good people. :)
