I don’t think she’s looking too good this season (I watch online at cbs.com/innertube). She’s looking ‘older’ than she did last season.
I like CSI New York better.
Her face looks to be “surgically retouched.” Good build, though, and an excellent job on the hair color.

She’s proud of her boobs (which appear to be unenhanced)
Not many women her age (or my age, 42) would look good in that inadequate top. The boobs do seem to be real - either that, or *really* smart surgery - and her shoulders and arms are in great shape.
That somehow comes across in her acting. Numerous times the scriptwriters have inserted language in her lines that left the viewer no doubt as to her political affiliation. I guess not making her a conservative was something she had put in her contract. The character played by George Eads seems the most like a conservative.
