Take his health care speech before Congress. These are just a few and there are many more to be found in any speech he gives.
So, we made a game called, "can you find Obama's but"
This could be a great drinking game (soft drinks of course).
Have fun and drive home safely.
Obama is a but-monkey. And no that is not a racist remark.
“But” is Barry’s way of saying that he was for something before he was against it.
I thought we weren’t supposed to start sentences with a proposition? Perhaps Obama was stoned that day in school when they covered transitional phrases.
It’s easier to find Michelle’s. (Or is that just too rude?)
That’s one of his trademark rhetorical skills. He first makes a statment that nearly everyone agrees with, often a fairly conservative idea, then says ‘but’ and states his marxist view on the subject.
the following are examples I made up, but similar to things he says in speeches:
“I am a strong believer in small business, but too often workers are unnecessarily left out of the success of these businesses as profits are funneled to investors and owners. I believe the workers deserve a bigger share. I will mandate higher wages and profit sharing”.
“I have faith in the free market, but oil companies are gouging the consumer and I am going to add windfall profit taxes to protect the middle class.”
and so on.
But, but, but...Mr Obama doesn’t have a healthcare plan. Will someone in the media please ask him when he intends to present this plan to us. He talks in generalities about points in a hoped-for health bill, but, but, there isn’t one thing he can point to that is his alone. But, on the other hand, we are allowing 45,000 people a year to die needlessly because they have no health coverage. I have never seen such a barge of bilge tied-up to the ship of state. Obama is Masterful. (Oops, I think I subconciously elicited a racist idea.) Me bad, someone whip my arse for it please.
0bama is traumatized from seeing Michelle’s rear
Using the word “but” negates everything you said before “but” ... but then I digress ...
That’s funny. Between the ‘buts’, the straw men, and his inability to give a speech without TOTUS, he doesn’t seem like the incredible orator that the MSM assures me his is.
We got a good look at Obama’s “but” when he bowed down before the Saudi king.
Not quite as often as he uses “I” in his speeches.
“But” is a hallmark of a charlatan
He would say something like the previous administration had a ad hoc prisoner of war methodology that infringed the rights of prisoners BUT we also have an ad hoc plan to detain terror suspects
We support competition and choice in health care BUT we will put it out of business in the name of choice.
I ro BUT
You could make it a drinking game, but the only one who could have won would have been Ted Kennedy.
I most instances, 0bama couldn’t find his own but with both hands and a flashlight.
Or how about: “I’m not a socialist BUT I play one on TV!”
Obama like but.
“Obama like but.”
Da mo but da betta.
“I thought we werent supposed to start sentences with a proposition?”
Ah...er....I believe that should be preposition, instead of proposition.........unless, that is, you are speaking to a woman of the night.....in that case, a PROPOSITION might be the right approach.
