"Homeless" is a misnomer. As the story observes, Social workers have repeatedly offered housing to Heavy; Heavy declined. It was too much fun doing his sidewalk schtick.

For over a generation, socialists have given vagrants positive feedback for their, often threatening, panhandling. They were given a perverse emotional purpose to their lives. They didn't realize that they were just useful idiots, employed to Mau-Mau the flack catchers, i.e. us.

When the socialist utopia arrives, they will be kicked to the curb.
