I don’t believe his penance is sincere. He’ll keep up the act for now, but a man who could do that has something lacking in his soul.

Almost worked. Punter kicked the ball to the side and the short man fumbled it. Threw off the coverage flow. That is when fluke returns happen.

The HC chewing out the punter was unwarranted.

I believe he is sincere. He has paid his debt to society and he goes around to kids telling them how wrong he was, so I say give him the benefit of the doubt and forgive him.

Biggest disappointment. Giants should have won by at least 10. Eagles suck.

Of the millenium, from the perspective of this Giants fan. The G-Men are dead to me.

Me (and Lombardi's) my reaction to every play in the last 7:00 of this cluster**** game:

Someone should ask Coughlin why his team was so unprepared for the on sides kick.Ask him about Gilbrides 4th Qtr gutless play calling. Coughlin went after Dodge his punter, but what about the six defenders who were around Jackson but never touched him.If Coughlin has a problem he should look in the mirror.

Cliff Lee spurns the Yankees for the Phils. The Fly Guys beat the Rangers. And now the Eagles come back against the Giants. FANTASTIC week.

One of the most exciting I’ve ever watched.

"Exciting" from a meeting Santa Claus kinda perspective.

This game had no drama, really. NO key 4th downs; No goal line stands; No do or die plays.

I know this'll sound like the sour grapes of a Jints Fan, but it was just sloppy football.

G-Men had a 31-10 lead in the 4th quarter and get owned once more by the Eagles. Can’t stand the Eagles but the Giants are chumps to lose like this collapse.

This wasn't a matter of getting owned; This was a CHOKE of monumental proportions. This was 7:00 worth of a team of 1986 Bill Buckners playing football.

I was 100% in your camp a year ago; I was convinced he was not sincere. However, I must admit that Vick's actions are beginning to win me over. Now I found myself beginning to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Only time will tell, but his words and actions appear authentic to me. I'm beginning to suspect the competitor in him is driving him to overcome his past actions much the same way he overcomes competitors.

Giants now have a huge game against GB next week.

No, THIS was the "huge game."

Next week you may as well drive a bunch of hearses onto the field. GB needs it; The Jints will be in going-trough-the-motions death-knell mode.

Unbelievable errors by the Giants. Unprepared for onside kick, no shadow for Vick, a punt right to the return man. Get a new defensive coach and punter.

Spot on.

Vick ran all over the place unimpeded. No adjustment by Jint defenders to be within 20 years of the guy during the last 7:00 and the Giants' coaching staff couldn't see that??

Then they went into a Prevent, dropping Justin Tuck into coverage?? NO preparation for that on-sides kick that my goldfish knew was coming? A punter who kicks a line-drive RIGHT TO Jackson??

My God - what sloppiness and choking! From the players on up to the entire coaching staff.

I can’t wait for baseball season. Oswalt, Halladay, Lee, and Hamels. What a rotation.

This game will go into the dictionary as the illustration for choking. The onsides kick was the best I have ever seen, and the Giants were completely unprepared for the possibility of one.

The Giants indeed put on a clinic in choking.

Today's illustration will be side-by-side with the Giants vs. Niners 2002 Wild Card Game. The Jints were up in that one 38-14 in the middle of the 3rd quarter. Lost: 39-38.

That onsides kick - a good one, but how do the Jints coaches NOT prepare them for that??

Then they went into a Prevent

I never cared for the prevent defense.

Oswalt, Halladay, Lee, and Hamels. What a rotation.

On paper they have four 20-game winners and win 110 games and the World Series.

If the WS match-up isn't the Phillies vs. the Red Sox, something's amiss.
