I’ve noticed news outlets are using the stone more and more often as a unit of measurement. Is it just a UK thing?

If he was the runt of the litter how did he grow to be biggest? Or have they not measured his litter mates?

Meet The Oldest Dog In The WorldGuinness World Records confirmed the mix-breed Pusuke holds the title for oldest verified dog in the world with 182 mutt years behind him.
Born in 1985, records show Pusuke received his rabies vaccinations shortly after his birth in Sakura-shi, Japan.

***Ive noticed news outlets are using the stone more and more often as a unit of measurement. Is it just a UK thing?***
UK papers are confusing - sometimes they use metric systems for distance and liquid measurements, but for weight they continue to use ounces, pounds and stones - rather than kilograms, grams, etc.,

I’m just glad he didn’t have his ears ‘bobbed’. I think that is a horrible practice, and only shows the owners to be cruel slaves to fashion.

Very nice family. Their description of how the dog gave “comfort” to “mommy” after she had a miscarriage was really touching.
You give love, you recieve love in return. The formula for harmony (when it works)
God bless the kind family and thier ridiculously oversized dog who is so afraid of tiny dogs :)
I still can’t stop smiling that this loving story. Every aspect of it made me smile. Good people, good dog, good ending to the story

Pretty misleading camera angle too. No kidding...I saw Sylvester Stallone in passing on a Hollywood lot some years ago, and thought to myself "what the hell? Did they leave him out in the rain or something?"

My Boston Terrier thinks he is a giant, too. He likes little dogs, but can be rudely vociferous to Dobermans, Bullmastiffs and German Shepherds. Fortunately they take him as a minor annoyance. But I am definitely Alpha dog to him. He never takes his eye off me, and is the most obedient dog who ever owned me.
A single horse trailer might be a good investment for George.

A member of the Spitz family? I had a friend whose parents bought her an English Setter when she was one year old. He died when she was 22!

The title also says he’s terrified of chihuahuas, but it doesn’t say anything about it in the article
