www.clipconverter.cc was, by far the simplest to use:
- Open the URL
- Enter the YouTube link in full (didn't work for www.tubechop.com)
- Enter the excerpt time wanted.
- Download into an MP3 file.
No additional software to download. No freeware containing adware viruses. No frustrations of multiple file manipulations and removing junk from your computer.
