Naw, I’m just a grunt in this battle to retain the republic.
I didn’t learn just what kind of amazing person Jim was until I watched his interaction with my youngest. He is a wonderful, brilliant, loving person.

Jim and the whole gang here are brilliant and loving. I pray one day I can measure up to be a person worthy of being here myself. (imho) Free Republic is the best site on the web and the most informative. Am Praying to meet Jim and some of the great ones here on this site at the next Texas Shoot; Lord Willing and the creek don’t rise. Hope to see you there also!

I thought for sure I’d make the ElRoy/COB1/TexasCowboy shootout this year, but the system I’m responsible for went into vefib at the last minute.
I’m gonna try again next time to get down there to meet TheMom’s goat, and Gunner’s captive midget, and exchange war stories with Eaker, TheOldLady and maybe Squantos and you. We shall see. I’m sure up for it.

With the NSA voyeur chimps watching everything we do, I might expect strange things going on. Side bars gone today could be front doors gone tomorrow.
A work around is to click on Account in the top bar, click on My preferences, (in Thread Pagination)click on 20 messages per page and (in Browsing) click on 20 results per page. That may fix the problem while the glitch is messing up the side bar.
