I don’t recall if his judge character was a Republican (since it was L.A. County in the ‘90s, after all). Carlton was, of course, though he was played as a bit of a dork.

The Twitter comment was a bit tasteless, but c’est la Twitter.

I specifically remember he was a Republican and clearly raised Carlton right since he was also, I don’t recall in what context the information was revealed.

What I wanted to show you wasn’t the “This is what killed Uncle Phil” comment but rather the comment with the instagram picture that “this is what killed Uncle Phil” was in response to.

The remark was “Tell me Will Smith don’t look like the n***a from fresh prince?” LMAO!!!!! What an idiot.

I remember Steven Williams starred as a Black Republican bar owner on “Linc’s” back in the late ‘90s (which aired on Showtime).
