I’m not sure when they say he “furnished” the drug to her that he openly informed her what it was. He may have covertly “furnished” the drug into her drink.
Count me in on this too. I had elbow surgery and don’t remember anything between them putting the juice in my IV and waking up asking for a cheeseburger.
Right. No one would blame the victim who walked unarmed through the bad part of town. But I would have little sympathy for him if got his ass kicked (if that is all he got).

If she is unconcious, she cannot give consent. Her drunkenness doesn't make her "more responsible" nor him "less responsible." Stupidity notwithstanding.
