But we’ll have to differ here. Yes I think that same sex marriage will be 6-3, but because Roberts will be motivated not to have that significant a social change happen on a 5-4 ruling. Just like how Earl Warren worked so hard to avoid a close decision on Brown v Board of Ed.

What is most amazing not a single person on either side of the debate expected the other 5 justices to even consider following the law.

But what if the intentions were and are to collapse the existing US health care system to pave the way for full government takeover and national health care?

A majority disliked Obamacare from the beginning and it's disliked even more now. It's clear we were lied to numerous times and are still being lied to. The federal and state governments have botched up this thing big time. Anyone who actually wants to give them entire control over our health delivery system needs to have their head examined.

As long as at least one House in Congress is controlled by the GOP, a government takeover would be very unlikely.

But all through this thing, the most unlikely scenarios have occurred.

You will never find that out unless he goes against the regime. However, removing him via impeachment would be a good start. But then again, the GOP has no spine so I guess that is out.

Unfortunately when all sides of the government are in on the scam, the people have few paths of recourse. In recent years elections did not work to stem the destruction of the country. My fear is that we control both houses of congress and the WH and we would still get the shaft.

It depends on what he did and has done since then, which is all cloaked in secrecy. Was it child trafficking? Did he commit perjury in various document? Did he commit conspiracy? Did he commit on going fraud in the years since? And on the questions would go.
