Wow. Taylor Swift realizes that she is a pop star, a celebrity, a good singer and artist. She knows that she is not a political commentator.

Also, she's probably smart enough to not want to piss off anyone

so, why comment? She ends up looking smart.

At the very least, she likely didn’t want there to video of her pacing back and forth on a stage yelling, “F- this!” and “F- that!” and “Three cheers for our bloody -ussies!” She must have thought that would be a poor career choice. You know, on account of her still having an actual career unlike all the worn out slags who did show up.
