I miss Tony Snow. Whenever he would write me he would close with Cheers! Tony. I have used that in my daily business correspondence as a homage to him since the day he died. One of the best guys I ever knew. His biggest fear was dying from colon cancer, like his mother. And that was exactly what happened. Tragic.

I remember when my kids would be talking and I really couldn't understand what they were saying (gibberish) but I would make them think I was listening and I would say stuff like: "Really?" and "Huh!" and "Oh really." "Gee, I didn't know that."

I have tried it on uninteresting adults and it works like a charm.
