Here is a link to the Election Laws from the Alabama Secretary of State and Chapter 17 - ELECTION OFFENSES is where we want to search for the penalties.
But these Alabama Laws refer to many different paragraphs, and you have to jump from on section to another to track down the punishment and fines for the different offenses.

There's a summary of Alabama's Voter Laws at Voter ID laws in the United States by Wikipedia stating:

Law tightened in 2011 to require photo ID as of 2014,^[134][135] but it had not obtained federal preclearance.^[136]

... troubles me very much, and is a way for corrupt officials to allow people to vote who are NOT legal to vote.
Then there's NO TRACE of THAT voter's legality.
How many voters have been allowed to vote in Alabama WHO DID NOT MEET THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AS A LEGAL CITIZEN OF ALABAMA ?
