Immigration and naturalization are powers of the federal government, clearly stated in Article 1, Section 8 of our Constitution.

I think its well within Federal powers to with hold federal
funds from California.
That does not trample on states rights

BREAKING NEWS: California Will Prosecute Employers Who Help Immigration SweepsProsecute California for prosecuting employers who help immigration sweeps.
Didn't the DHS request that of the DOJ?
Has Sessions responded?

Im trying not to pile on, or cast blame, but shouldnt the Attorney General of The White House be slapping this rhetoric down fast and hard? To use bad English, Im not hearing nothing!I've heard that Sessions was at least good on illegal immigration. Well?

Two words, Supremacy Clause. But considering that Moonbeam and his lackey Dos Equis probably studied the Constitution under the same tutelage as that eminently ignorant Obama dude they surely are as clueless as they are traitorous to the American people.

George W. Bush was one of America's worst Presidents, and the establishment Republicans are every bit as bad.
It's hard for me to believe that I once worked hard to get them elected. I scoffed at those who said they were as bad as the Democrats. I've learned my lesson. I will NEVER vote for any of them again.

>>>Why are employers employing illegal immigrants in the first place?
Because slavery was outlawed a while back and illegals are the next best thing to free labor.
Illegals comprise the majority of every low-skill to medium-skill level job in every industry in California. Then they ‘migrate’ out to the rest of the country.
I witnessed this first hand in the aerospace manufacturing industry. THOUSANDS of sub-contractor businesses. Its sickening what business owners knowingly do to pocket more profits by exploiting desperate illegals from $h!thole mexico.
