A truly gracious person would not mock a gift regardless of what the gift was or who gave it to them.
Didn’t they also give a delegation from the UK cheap WH gifts from their gift shop like a four dollar plastic helicopter toy?

The right answer would be a lovely photo of the kids in the White House, as they're growing up and moving out, so it's nice to have the memory.
The wrong answer is to say she gave the frame to her daughter when she moved away, so she could have a picture of her parents.
The worst answer would be to say "nothing."
