Going back to the Clinton years and ever since then, political or other scandals or human events wbetre we never came to a conclusion, like you might in a NTSB aircraft crash report, how many freaking times did we have the dog ate my homework type of excuses, and no resolve? Is their that much incompetence in all our departments of Govt. Or is something g else aka corruption, collusion, agendas, and subterfuge that we cannot even fathom?
