FYI, you don’t have to be on twitter to read tweets. I’m not on Twitter and read all this stuff. You just need to search (Hopefully using DuckDuckGo, not Google) for example: Twitter @LarrySchweikart (our own Freeper LS!) or whoever’s tweets you want to read.

The judge needs to be brought before the congressional hearings and thoroughly grilled. I think the judge has been properly set up to be grilled. It might be closed door but the congress has the duty to check the judiciary the same as the executive

Gowdy said that judges do not do independent investigations. They make their determination upon the information given to them. That’s why there are so many innocent people in jail and why so many guilty people are on the streets.

They probably insist on plausible deniability when suspicious things are presented.
Meaning they know, the knew and they allowed. They need to be questioned but I think being FISA they have very very tight immunity.
From what I read in the memo the FBI did not tell the court (or possibly even hid from the court) that the memo was the source of probable cause. Then on the renewals anything from the obtained from the initial approval could have been used to create new justifications. My understanding... mileage varies.
I believe McCain is the “named U.S. person” specified in the memo.
