You’re welcome, but then again I am a vet, respect cops and hope they don’t get gunned down just because they are cops. I also love our country and the flag and the Star Spangled Banner, etc.

Didn't watch, here.

Just kept checking Bender's thread and Drudge for the score. Wanted the Eagles to win....for the stock market. Is that bad? 😬

I haven’t watched a game in 2 years! The ONLY reason I saw any of the Super Bowl was it was my birthday Sunday and I spent time with my 94 year old dad who is disgusted with the kneelers but wanted to watch the big game. Sigh

I hope they got the message. I can stop watching permanently if warranted.

Just saw my son’s FB post about the Superbowl:

There was a game? I went to church, watched the Office; worked out at the fire station, and did fire apparatus checks.

I find that the generation Z and late Millennials are very very based and awake. They remind me of my grandparents who were turn of the 20th century births and my parents who grew up in depression and forties times. Very traditional and very conservative.

The kids all want to get married have a picket fence house and make a big family. Not just the religious ones either.

I didn’t watch a minute of it, but I can’t say I boycotted. I’ve just completely lost interest in the NFL. Wouldn’t have watched it even if there were no Kaepernick.

The nauseating virtue signaling politically correct plethora of commercials was much worse to endure than room temp IQ athletes who might have disrespected the national anthem and flag and nation

They were absolutely awful

Like made by Sandra Fluke or Andy Cohen

WTF happened to people born after 1970

That the NFL would refuse an ad by AMVETS that said “Please stand” show how anti-America they are. Also, Goodell was reported saying that he is proud of the players who diss this country.

Lifelong, fan, stopped watching after game 3 when idiot defensive back from my former team, Redskins, spouted off about Trump in post-game interview.

So done with it.

To celebrate my non-NFL Sunday, I spent a wonderful evening by the fire with my friend Jack Daniels re-reading Plutarch’s lives on my favorites, Alexander the Great and Cicero.

Reminds me of the Democrats all sitting down during the State of the Union address.

The football players in the Super Bowl deserved respect. I especially liked the Eagles QB. He gave the glory to God.

My veteran husband boycotted the NFL all season and even sent a letter to them to tell them they were despicable, but watched the SB. I binged on Hulu.

I watched some MeTV. Columbo, Touched By An Angel, Honeymooners, etc. All in all, just a normal Sundee.

My pleasure. Looking forward to not watching again next season.

No one in this house cares about ANY sport but we did use to fix a great fondue assortment and watch for the heck of it, unusually some entertaining commercials and usually a decent half time show. Then they started having Lucifer worshiping half time shows so we stop watching completely a few years ago. Now with all those ungrateful un-American players taking a knee and the teams letting them there is no way in Hades we would support that crap.

It’s also a HUGE human trafficking event and I heard the games are fixed.

I would think true Americans would find something else to support.
