No. Civil Service laws are still in effect.

Conduct removals require only 30 days notice. Strzok, Page, Page and all the rest should have been fired.

Nope. You’d have to break the unions first. Do that, and a LOT of problems (including some deficit issues) go away over night.

Nope. They can be fired for bad conduct. 30 days notice is required.

all federal employess can be fire switching the executive branch by the president through his cabinet and managers.

It is easier with political appointments.

I know that - I have fired several DoD Civilians - just saying the President doesn’t personally reach down into the levels.
