I heard a radically different take on this Twitter follower nonsense this morning. Some say (I borrowed that from the LSM) that the characterization of his loss of “followers” is grossly exaggerated - obviously intended to get other malcontents back on the plantation. I only count 15 “unfollowers” among the above; does that constitute a “drove”?
BS News. He doesn’t follow them. He only follows one person. The Plantation Narrative is in full shrill mode.
Here’s the thing. At this point people are paying attention to Kanye West. Black people are paying attention. They see the shunning. They see the accusations of ‘he must be crazy’ with the implication that maybe he should be locked up. They see it and the hardcore Obama-style leftists nod and say “yeah, ban him and lock him up.” But others are having their eyes opened to the tyrany of the democrat party over them. If you are black and dare challenge that they will come down on you way harder than a cop at a routine traffic stop will. Way harder.
Back to basics. It would sell Hugely!

Everyone here will remember Bono from U2, when’s the last time you heard anything about him? He was the darling of the media for his efforts to highlight poverty in Africa. That is, until he committed a high truth crime. What truth crime you ask? He said simply and truthfully that the fastest way to lift Africans out of abject poverty was capitalism. With that all coverage ceased. He fell off the planet.
This is exactly what they’ll do to West.

Kanye is a deeply creative and talented man. I don’t agree with all his choices; but I do think he is head and shoulders in creative intelligence above many of his celebrity critics.
