Silence is an enemy, but quiet can be nice. Fill your life with background sound - radio, tv, music, open windows. When I’ve had an especially stressful sound day there are actually things that bring relief - the ocean, a strong wind through the trees or the music of Joel Styzens (a musician who suffers from tinnitus).
Best wishes finding relief.
I have no idea if this will work for others but,,,
Among my ailments is low blood oxygen.
When the ringing gets intense I try to hyperventilate.
Most of my ailments have some connection to oxygen so it is possible that it is in reality just a placebo.
I don’t give a flying fornication, it works for me and I can afford it.
Please note, I have spent many years in equipment rooms filled with whirling fans.
YMMV
In any case, I didn't bother researching ingredients because I found 8 reviews that all gave the product 1 star with comments generally and unanimously saying the product doesn't work and good luck trying to get a refund.
What's up with all these scam product/service sellers using the same type of format and content structure. There must be a template somewhere that these scammers titled, 'Template for selling scam products, books and services."
What is s—m?
What? Whaat??
“A symptom of what?”
I should have said those are not my words. They are the words of my previous ENT.
It’s a “symptom”?
A symptom of what?
...
Hearing loss. The brain is creating its own sound to make up for lost frequencies.
Oh...
But thanks for the reply.
If you have not at least tried a high quality, well sourced fish oil, try it. Ive heard it cure someone. Good examples of brands are Nordic Naturals and Carlsons.
Aspirin is known to cause tinnitus too.
I’m one of the minority that has perfect hearing and tinnitus. Some doctors suggest damage to the hair cells in the ear make those hair cells hyperactive. My research suggests nobody really knows why chronic tinnitus is what it is. Though, as mentioned previously, there are some things (medicine, medical conditions...) that cause tinnitus until the issue is resolved.

Congrats!!
My doctor told me to buy a Chrysler, marry a 300 pound woman and move to a trailer court in Kentucky.
I asked him if that really would help the tinnitus; he said no, but that it would put it in perspective.
Rock and Roll in the 60’s with head sets blasting.Pirates World front row too many times, CG recip aircraft engines for 18 hours at a time.
357’s and 12 ga to add to the mix.so.....
Think I have it figured out
See #28. It’s not from your ears. It comes from your brain. You’re confusing ordinary hearing loss with tinnitus.
I wish they would figure it out and come up with a cure.
