No, it’s the left that comes up with failed policy’s. I say tax all liberals, democraps and yes independents at 50%.

Didn't Finland just end a similar government program due to it being unworkable and a failure?

For some reason, leftists understand a simple concept - when something costs more, people will buy less of it. When you tax an activity, less of the activity goes on.

But somehow they've never grasped the inverse... If you reward an activity, you will get more of that activity. They don't refuse to understand that when you reward an activity, you will get more of it. When you pay an unwed mother for children, and increase payments for additional children, you get more children. When you pay women to raise children without a father, you get more fatherless children. When you pay people just enough to get by without working, you'll find more people willing to just get by. You're rewarding people for not working. And by raising income taxes on the working, they're actually punishing them for working and earning their keep.

It's a simple concept, but leftists only seem to get 1/2 of it.
