A horrible President but now just another humble South GA elderly couple making it from day to day. I am originally from about 50 miles from there and have to respect his private life, apparently spotless since leaving the white house.

My experience with persons who have a healthy portfolio is that they never tell others about their wealth. They don’t brag, dress conservatively, and drive ordinary vehicles. In other words, true monied folks are “quiet wealth”.

I doubt if this LIB loser is a “nice guy”. He was a failure as Prez and negatively affected many. What a worthless putz.

I'd have to put LBJ at the top followed by Obama then FDR.

I agree with you, those are the three worst presidents, in whatever order you want to rank them.

President Carter was not a good president. I voted against him both times he ran. And his politics and his theology have gotten more liberal since. But he does have some admirable personal qualities, I’ll give him that.

The Mideast has been burning since Jimma was POTUS.

Once he let Iran revert to 12th Century Muslim Rule, the die was cast. It’s been downhill ever since.

Don’t even get me started on his surrender of the Panama Canal.

Neither of those three came even close to the damage that Woodrow Wilson did.

I wasn’t voting age in 76, but I was so pissed off at Ford, I probably would have voted for Carter over Ford. The Republicans blew it by sticking with Ford, when clearly he still had the Nixon stink on him.

Terrible president but I thought he was a good person despite that until he came out as fan of marxism. I still wish him well and give him credit that he wasn’t in it for the money and power like the Clintons and Obamas, but the world would have been better off if he’d just built houses for Habitat for Humanity instead of being president.

But unlike the vast majority of modern Democrats, I have never suspected him of personal corruption or gross personal immorality.

He has gone around the world "certifying" that communist dictators "won" a "fair" election that anyone with two eyes could see were as crooked as a dog's hind leg.

He has gotten millions killed, tortured and imprisoned and smiled.

He is a monster.

Man, talk about a knee pad article.

I agree Carter is "amazing" but I am fairly sure we do not mean the same thing by that word.

Horrible president. Awesome post presidency. Probably the most generous post presidency in history. Habitat for humanity is an excellent organization. I have helped build a few. People getting them were so appreciative and worked their butts off for it.

I give it to him for Habitat for Humanity, however, it’s also in his post-presidency that, through his Carter Center, he has cozied up to dictators such as the Castros, been critical of every GOP president, often on foreign soil, and repeatedly shown his Jew-hatred. He gets no pass for building affordable housing and making his own meals.

Instead of telling him to pound sand, I’ll tell him to go pound nails.
