AM in the central NC area. Several computer models have Florence coming directly over me. Even though I am inland, we had Hurricane Hazel in the 50’s and Hurricanes Fran and Floyd in the 90’s which were terrible.
Gov. Cooper has already issued a state of emergency in NC.

Graphic from NHC NOAA site. Note that there is a bit of variance on where it might make landfall (Florida to almost Virginia at this time...)
