It brought me to tears, looking at that young man. Working, going to school. And he looks like he was a happy, clean cut guy. She deserves to be removed from the force, and, seeing that she’s supposed to be professional and NOT shoot people who are not a threat to her, manslaughter charges in the least. If this IS an affirmative action hire, they’ve got blood on their hands as well.

All the cop has to say is that the victim reached for something in his pocket. Then * Presto! * it’s a “justified shoot”.
A strange man appeared who happened to be in his own residence and she panicked? Was the strange man armed or pointing a gun at her? If not, why would she immediately shoot him to death?
Btw, not a single report I have read has indicated or even suggested the victim was armed.
Looks like premeditated murder to me. Im sure she will use the “Blue Shield” to avoid a prison sentence.
