Purge pornography from our lives... it brings a lot of violence and evil. I would bet this young man watched a lot of violent porn. I am a strong supporter of free speech but pornography should be illegal...everywhere, no exceptions.
If I had to guess, they never told authorities, probably because they didn’t believe he’d really do it. It also sounds like some of these same people were willing to help him get out of town and almost succeeded if he hadn’t been stupid enough to want to go back for his tent... a miracle that he was caught actually.

Well, one answer might be in eliminating homeless drifters and bums, but that might appear a bit harsh. How do we not coddle the outcasts of society? Being a bum, used to be frowned upon. Frankly any city that allows bums, or drifters, or homeless to park anywhere within fifty miles or are providing shelter as in homeless shelters are inviting what comes with the territory. Get tough and they will migrate to where the “services” are. Just don’t make it easy in your city. Mental Health in my opinion is a racket. I am not sure it was better when the State locked crazies up, but it did seem a bit safer out there.
now we have an entire billion dollar industry thru govt and charities that do nothing but provide for people that can't or won't be socialized....
