“The tactics of spreading division become fairly obvious once you start looking for them.
The interesting part is trying to sort out which are just naturally divisive, which are paid, and which are under orders.”

Thank you, EasySt, for that tidbit of advice! I did not even think of that perspective. Will be sure to keep it in the forefront of my brain when reading FReeper comments in the future. And if I need reminding, please do not hesitate to remind me of that information. (My memory slips every now and then.)
She’s hot.
SCOTUSILF. ...
I hear RBG and Abe Lincoln used to play poker one night a week.
Seriously; it’s not right or fair for someone so clearly out of it to hold that position. She’s as bad as McStain for not resigning.
What is her husbands occupation...?
No way!
The democrats will bring up her history of sexual abuse against transgender women and her opposition to man/animal marriage.
And then there’s that Catholic dogma stuff.
Check into law school enrollment and the history of SCOTUS nominations. No doubt there is some excellent potential, but it boils down to the right place and time. Divine Providence and all that.
Yep, playbook is probably to go after husband and family IN addition to her.
Anyone have a still or a short video of Notorious today? How sick does she look?
Or they are already back dating some writing or something and go for the plagiarism angle.
They will use the fact that she has seven children against her, mark my words!!! Somehow theyll make her out to be a bad mother, works too many hours, neglects her children, etc.
Protestants are not qualified because they follow false gods, corrupt preachers, and lead sinful lives.
Ok, just kidding, trying to get things stirred up amongst the Freepers herein who will jump on Catholics for imagined evils.
I don’t care if it’s 9 Jews, or 9 Catholics, or 9 Protestants, or 9 Mormons, or 9 Baptists or 9 atheists, as long as they follow the Constitution and the law.
Actually, I may leave out the atheists, because they may shut down Christmas and I don’t want that because we all know that Christmas is important for business and the economy.
The income/education attainment levels now are
Asian
Jew
Irish/Italian
Wasp
The Irish and Italians are still riding on the capital of 20th century Catholic Private Education, which was a very good education at a bargain price. It lifted many families out of poverty and into professional lives and their children into even higher callings.
Pelosi is a Catholic
she was wearing gloves in an interview I saw a few days ago.
Just two better educated sub-sets.
I blame the Order of Albino Assassin Monks for pressuring all the Protestant Presidents into never nominating Protestant judges, lest they be slain. It’s the only thing that makes sense.
Freegards
no that is not true.
I have nothing against Catholics or Jews, but isn’t there a Protestant qualified and available?
///////////////////////////////////////////////
That is a very interesting list.
Of course, it would be even more interesting to see a list of all SC Justices with denomination over the last 120 years.
Shouldn’t be too long until a class action suit is filed by atheists (or Mormons, or [fill in the blank]) for under-representation. I imagine the plaintiffs attorneys could use the phony notion of “disparate impact”. /s
Breyer doesn’t look that good either, even though he’s younger.
