There are many cancer researchers looking for funding of clinical trials of unpatentable drugs and metabolic therapies. Of course, there is no profit to be made so drug companies are not interested.

My wife has cancer so I have been doing a lot of reading. The book “Tripping Over the Truth” tells the story about Dr. Young Ko at John’s Hopkins and her work with 3 bromo pyruvate (3BP).

It could be the answer, but she was involved in a lawsuit and patent fight with the university about ten years ago.

His company - Vulcan - will carry on with interesting research. I have heard about some of the projects that they are working on, and they are things that will change how we look at our planet. I think one project was something like figuring out how to actually count, not estimate, the number of fish in the oceans and where they are. Pretty heady stuff.
