We’ll probably not find any “unapproved” photos anywhere on the internet. All that I have seen are produced, airbrushed, posed. Catch him out of hair and makeup, when he first wakes up or when he’s had an especially trying day and a temper tantrum or two, and I’d bet it wouldn’t be so hard to tell. Also, as he ages, his body will follow a natural course and he’ll look more like a tired old man. When a person is living a fake life, they must always be on guard and that takes a lot of energy.
More than likely, he had hormones very early and that stunted some of the male physical traits. I have warned my sons often to be vigilant. We make a game of recognizing the female impersonators when we are out somewhere in town. Extreme height and being over the top with the makeup and accessories are reasons for scrutiny. Sometimes the guesses are split, but they realize that they must always be wary because those “things” are going to be out there on the marriage mart and, although a lot of them retain their original male sex drive, they still may compete for the attention of unsuspecting men to prove how well they “pass” as women.
Not gonna mention the Omoebas. No way.

Feminizing surgery options include:
A surgical procedure to increase breast size. If feminizing hormones haven’t made breasts large enough, an initial surgery to have devices called tissue expanders are placed in front of the chest muscles. Every few weeks, the doctor injects a small amount of saline into the tissue expanders. This will slowly stretch the chest skin and other tissues to make room for the implants. When the skin has been sufficiently stretched, another surgery will remove the expanders and place the implants will be placed.
Plastic surgery techniques in which the jaw, cheeks, forehead, nose, and areas surrounding the eyes, ears or lips are altered to create a more feminine appearance. The hairline may be moved to create a smaller forehead, lips and cheekbones augmented with implants, or the jaw and chin reshaped and resized. If bone is reduced, skin-tightening surgery is an option.
Body-contouring procedures, such as a tummy tuck, buttock lift, and liposuction.
Surgery to raise the pitch of the voice (voice feminization)
Surgery to minimize the thyroid cartilage or Adam’s apple (tracheal shave)
Hair-transplant surgery. Laser hair removal. Laser resurfacing for the skin.
Silicone injections to enhance your hips, buttocks, breasts, lips, cheekbones and other body parts
Genital surgery to remove testicles (orchiectomy), create a vagina using penile or colon tissue (vaginoplasty), create a vulva (vulvoplasty), create a clitoris (clitoroplasty), and create labia (labiaplasty). Orchiectomy is a surgery to remove your testicles. Because testicles produce sperm and the hormone testosterone, an orchiectomy might eliminate the need to use testosterone blockers, and reduce the amount of estrogen needed to achieve and maintain the desired appearance.
To remove testicles, the surgeon will make an incision in the scrotum and extract the testicles. Orchiectomy is typically done as part of the surgery for vaginoplasty, though some prefer to have orchiectomy alone without further genital surgery.
Vaginoplasty- The skin from the shaft of the penis and the scrotum is used to create a vaginal canal. In some techniques these are also used to create the labia (labiaplasty). To surgically create a clitoris (clitoroplasty), the tip (glans) of the penis and the nerves that supply it are used. Alternatively, skin can be taken from another area of the body or tissue from the colon to create the vagina. The testicles also are removed during the course of the surgery.
Some surgeons use a technique requiring laser hair removal in the penile and scrotal areas to provide hair-free tissue for the procedure. The process can take several months.
After vaginoplasty, a catheter is placed in the urethra to collect urine. It will be closely monitored for a week after surgery. Recovery can take up to two months. The doctor will provide instructions about when it’s OK to begin sexual activity with the new vagina. A set of vaginal dilators of increasing sizes will be inserted in the vagina at time intervals to maintain, lengthen and stretch the size of the vagina. The trans must dilate on a regular basis- indefinitely.
Because the prostate gland isn’t removed, there are age-appropriate recommendations for prostate cancer screening. There is the possibility of urinary obstructive symptoms from benign enlargement of the prostate.

I’m a female by the way. Those photos are disturbing.
This is going to end up like it started, with many girls feeling ignored, bullied and told to shut up by men and this time by a lot of women too. It’s not fair, natural or even necessary. It sure doesn’t boost a young lady’s confidence in her ability. Discrimination is the correct term. As said, back at point A., where we started.
This is sure to be a raging dumpster fire. It will surely collapse ratings and irreparably shred the reputation of the organization.

Back in the day, the “mad scientists” were in our horror movies and stories - Frankenstein, Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, The Stepford Wives, The Fly, etc.
Now the world really is headed in that direction. The Stepford Wives is almost a reality now, except that, instead of robots, some men are surgically transforming themselves into what they believe women should be.
