Dress codes are not applied to women, ever, unless it is very exclusive, this place isn’t one of those places.
Bars/clubs want women, they attract men, men will buy drinks, appetizers, spend money on the gals.
A bar full of men is a sausage fest, and the guys end up just getting drunk and causing trouble. And the clientele dwindles cause there are no women.
Dress codes fix this.
You're right. If it's 'no sneakers' it's got to be 'no sneakers' for anyone. Period. Real racial discrimination is offensive.

There is a technique being used by race baiting Jesse Jackson wannabe shake down con artists across the country.
This is part of the publicity phase these people use every time. Bars and restaurants are preferred targets.
False flag race crimes will begin to appear everywhere in town. Things like graffiti on minority owned businesses and "Nazi" propaganda appearing everywhere will become common.
The same locusts will likely be wearing masks created by working for various charities while secretly ripping those groups off too. Someone will approach the town board or other organization about the "racist" community and ask that money to combat racism be donated to some organization that they work for or are otherwise connected to. Inoculate your town board by presenting this to them to investigate when it starts in your community.
Ask that in San Fagsicko or the homo enclave that SD used to have?

It sounds like they want to keep out the ghetto, barrio, and trailer park trash (no offense to trailer parks).

How is that dress code racist? I’m so sick of that word, it has no meaning any more. Everything is racist to these people.

Given your comment - do you even know the difference between an under represented minority (URM) and a minority candidate who isn’t for an affirmative action hire? If you hire Asian men for a job, you are a white racist. They have to be Black, Hispanic, or Native American to count.
Traditionally there are different dress codes for the genders. For example ties required for men but not for women...but what to do about those who want to declare themselves a gender they dont appear to be?
