Sadly Aubrey idol and extra vote “died” when she went to EOE. If the extra vote had gone to someone else who went to tribal council , would Wendy have survived?

Chris’s advantage gave him a series of planks and twine as “practice” for an upcoming challenge to reenter the game, while Rick’s advantage gave him the power to anonymously send an extra vote to a member of the tribe attending the next Tribal Council.

I first thought the 3 returnees were to observe tribal. Did I miss the 3 Extinction Islanders as Jurors?

When Jeff said - Joe 4th member of our jury . WHAT?!

So, the 3 were introduced as jurors.

Dalton oss said”Contrary to some of the fireworks we saw this season at EOE, normally the place where voted-off people go — whether it is Ponderosa, Redemption Island, or Edge of Extinction — is a spot where folks put aside their differences and bond together in unity against the people that voted them out. We saw this before in Redemption Island seasons where folks bonded over their new common enemy. That’s fine. It’s human nature. (You screwed me over and I screwed you over, but those other people screwed us BOTH over, so screw them!)

However, what happens when you give those people a vote for a million dollars? Let’s say Chris spends almost the entire time at Edge of Extinction and then makes it back into the game at the last minute and now he has all these friends on the jury that like him because he DIDN’T have to backstab or lie or strategize behind people’s backs because he was not in the game. Now those folks he hung out with in a non-game setting get to vote for a winner, and guess whom they’re likely going to vote for: Chris. Is that fair in the least?”

Those three will not be the only ones on the Jury. Joe makes 4 and every person voted off before the final TC will go to the jury.

The other two at final TC can make a good point “He/she already was voted off to the jury while we other two stayed in and played the game. By that fact alone we deserve to win - not him/her.”

Aubry, Chris, Keith, Reem, Rick, and Wendy returned from Extinction Island to compete against each other for a chance to reenter the game. Rick won and reentered the game. The others elected to return to Extinction Island. Once there, Keith and Wendy raised the sail, thus retiring from the game.

Immunity challenge winner: Julie

Vata Tribe (merged tribe - red buffs): Aurora, David, Eric, Gavin, Julia, Julie, Kelley, Lauren, Rick, Ron, Victoria, Wardog

Secret Advantage: Rick. In his bag he found an Idol broken in half, with a note stating that it could not be used at last night's Tribal Council. He also has to give half the Idol to someone else. After that point, the Idol gains full power and becomes a regular Hidden Immunity Idol. He shared the information, and presumably the idol, with David.
