In their fantasies, they will get their police-state agents to come to your home, farm, or airfield and confiscate your illegal goods.
And in this same fantasy, we all would just let them.
In reality, most cops wouldn’t dare try, people would fight back, willing to kill confiscators, and then burn down the elites homes and string them up on lamp posts.
You see Ocasio-Cortez, us deplorables can have fantasies, too! And ours are more likely than yours.
My first thought was how much will it cost to climate change proof every house and commercial building in the country? Is the $42 trillion estimate I've seen just to accomplish that part of the Green New 'Fleece-the-Taxpayers' Deal? Sounds awfully low to me.
Will they replace my efficient double pane windows with triple pane ones? Or will they eliminate the windows altogether so we would live in essentially a box cave like the caveman did? Just askin'....
And how much to build the train rails to replace the airplanes that now fly great distances to other lands and across the oceans? And what kind of energy will the trains run on? Wind? Solar? Algae?
And what happens with my cows? Will they murder them like they want to kill newborn babies at full term? Do we all have to become vegans or can we still eat chicken, pork and fish? Or are they off-limits too under this new green plan?
So many questions for this brave new green planet they want to forcibly foist upon us.
But I'm sure with those two brainiacs, AO-C and her sidekick, Ed Markey, they have figured out all of the answers for us.

They keep trying to sell the concept that includes customers driving to Hisperia, get on the train that takes them to a desert area west of LV. They will then board the famous LV tram to the back side of the strip hotels. They will have the big adventure of getting your baggage and family to your hotel which may not be on the route. At this point it may be time for the return trip to your car that you hope will be there in one piece.
Apply this adventure to a high speed rail trip across the Pacific ocean.

1. If all air travel and transport has to be ended, will you promise today to immediately stop flying and having things shipped by air? If not, why not?
2. If carbon-based energy is so bad, will you promise to stop, today, using gas for heat, gasoline for cars, and convert your buildings to all-solar energy this year, at your own expense? If not, why not?
3. Since rockets cannot leave earth without fossil fuels, all satellites will become useless. Will you stop, today, using all technology that includes space-based satellites, including GPS and international communication? If not, why not?
