My husband is a retired chemical engineer, genius... He always said that the women in Engineering, Math, etc. were much smarter than the guys. Very high IQ. His sister was Salutatorian of a huge high school class in a large city.
For a woman to be considered good at anything, she must complete the task twice as well and twice as fast as any man could do. Fortunately for women, this is not difficult.

Before computers & online dating, I tried personal ads in local newspapers.
It quickly became obvious most of the men were married; the ones who weren’t were unemployed, looking for any woman with an apartment they could move into.
