It came from, as noted, a Field Office. It is not to be found on the Official FBI site. I just spent more than 15 minutes searching the official FBI website and I cannot find this document.

It first appeared posted on Scribd.

So, I went to scribd, apparently the only place on the internet it exists, other than by news articles. It was uploaded by one Kelli R. Grant:

Pssst: I did all the digging about the FBI Bulletin, that Kelli R. Grant put it on Scribd, that Kelli R. Grant works for Yahoo, that Yahoo first posted about this report, and that it was not to be found on any official ie “real” FBI site. I spent quite a bit of time finding this all out.

The cognitive dissonance of Antifa not being deemed a terrorist threat while Qanon is deemed such a threat is more than eerily reminiscent of the conspiratorially concocted and paid-for Trump-Russia collusion narrative representing a threat worthy of extreme, lengthy investigation while Comey (and almost certainly Loretta Lynch and Barry) nonetheless dismissed Hillary’s classified email sales transactions and FOIA evasions prior to questioning any witnesses. (See Barry’s 4/11/2016 interview about Hillary’s being an outstanding SoS and her supposedly—beyond all belief—not intending to do anything wrong).

The FBI and DOJ are self-evidently very corrupted.
